Action Failed Message in Auditomation due to Deactivated Client in Sorted
Action failed as this job is no longer active in SMSF Sorted. Please contact your accountant.
If you are getting the above message then please contact your accountant. This message shows up when the client is deactivated in SMSF Sorted by the accountant.
This will not affect the job imported by you, however, you will not be able to perform the below actions:
1) Import job (if job is still in Audit Job Queue)
2) Reimport job.
3) Raise or respond to queries.
4) Send audit reports and letters.
In this case, you can suggest the accountant to mark the job as active in Sorted till you have performed the above functions in that job.
