This part of the portal is from where you can download either Summarised or Detailed reports of your funds in your account. Following are the columns and button description on this page.
At the beginning of this page, Filters are available which can be applied to the available data before downloading the Report. Following are the filters available.
Job Created Date range:- You can simply select the Date Range i.e. time span for which you would like to download the report for.
Job Type:- You can select Job Type filter and apply it the available data.
Assigned To:- If you want to download the report for a specific staff member or a role, you can use this filter.
Fund Name, Firm Name, Staff, Label are other filters that you can apply to the available data.
You can also select if you want to include Completed/Deleted Jobs or not. Along with that, you can also select if you only want to view ACR Jobs or not.
Filters Button:- By clicking on the Filter Button, the selected filters will be applied to the data.
Reset Icon:- You can reset the applied filters by clicking on the Reset Icon.
Filter Icon:- The Filter Icon next to the Export as Excel button will hide the filters.
Following are the Column headings and their description displayed on this page:-
Year ABN, Label, Firm name, Client Contact, Preparer, Manager, Auditor, Status and Completion %, are a few headings of this page.
ACR:- ACR stands for Auditors Contravention Report, this column will show if the fund had ACR or not.
You can also save filters using the following steps.
How to Name and Save applied filters
Step 1:- Once you have successfully logged into the platform, click on Reports>Audit Job Reports.
Step 2:- Apply the required filters for the desired report and click on Save to Favourite to process.
Step 3:- Your applied filters will now be saved and can be viewed by clicking on the Favourite drop-down from the top right corner of the page.
Favourite:- By clicking on this button, a dropdown with the names of favourite filters will appear and you can click on the name to apply the filters to apply them on the available data.
Export as Excel:- To export the report as excel, refer to the steps given below.
How to Download a Report
Step 1:- Once logged in to the platform, click on Reports>Audit Job Reports.
Step 2:- Now apply the filters as per your requirement or choose from the “Favourites”.
Step 3:- Now click on Export as Excel and choose Export a Summarized Report or Export a Detailed Report. Click on whichever suits you the best.
Step 4:- As soon as you click on it, an excel report will start downloading and can be connected open once downloaded.
