Auditomation Subscription Renewal

Renewal Process

Please follow the bellow steps to renew the subscription:
  1. Login from the Company Admin's login credentials
  2. Click on profile (extreme right at the top) -> Click on Subscription

  1. Click on Renew button  (Renew button is available from the 30 days before the expiry date

  1. You will get the option to select the renewal package -> Select Package -> Add to Cart

  1. If additional files are required then use Topup option - Click here to the guide.
  2. On the right side of the page -> under 'My Cart' -> check the details (like package, amount and payment terms) -> click Subscribe

  1. Accept the terms & conditions -> click on Subscribe


After subscribing, you will be redirected the summary of the order and the renewal process will be successfully completed. The account will be credited with the files bought.
The billing team will take the action as per the order and the payment will be debited as per the DDR setup or according to the billing arrangement.
