Why would you clone a Checklist Template
- You can change the Cloudoffis standard wording for a checklist item.
- You can Enter/Modify the Descriptions & Conclusions to your standard defaults
- You can add or remove Checklist items
- You can remove sub checklist menus and add them as a standard checklist item (within Audit Program & SIS Checklist)
- You can add predefined comments
Important Notes;
- Cloudoffis updates the Master Checklist Templates each Financial Year. These updates will not incorporate into your Cloned template and there will be a requirement to clone the new template (if changed) and add your changes.
How to Clone a Checklist
Go to Admin menu and select Checklist Templates
Select Create Template (top right of screen)
Name your template and select Clone Template. Choose the Master Template - FY "Year". There is an option to enter a description of the changes made within the clone if you choose to create multiple.
Once cloned, the version you have created will be listed at the top of the checklist Manage Templates screen in Blue text.
To edit this template, click on the edit icon in the Actions column.
Note - Anything that is not edited will remain as per the original Checklist.
When you are in the edit checklist screen you you can navigate to each part of the checklist using the navigation menu on the lefthand side.
You can delete items using the red cross icon.
You can edit the text to your preference and click the blue save icon.
You can also enter "Predefined Comments" which you can then apply to each fund at the review stage.
While editing a draft will be saved, once editing is complete you can Publish by changing the dropdown under Status. This template is then added to the drop down list of options while creating an audit job.
If this will be your preference for the majority of your audits you can set the template as default and this will be selected as default when an audit job is created (there is still an option to choose another template if required).
The below image displays where the template is selected during the Audit Job Creation process.
Please be aware that once a checklist template is selected during job creation, you cannot change the template used.
