Column selection in Maintain Jobs & Maintain Clients
Overview
This article will explain how to limit the columns displayed in Maintain Jobs & Maintain Clients
Column Selection
Next to Search box on both Maintain Jobs and Maintain clients, there is a Column Filter icon available.
Clicking on this icon will display a list of relevant columns to that particular page.
To add/remove columns from the display, simply check or uncheck the box next to the column, and the display will update immediately. Next time the user logs into SMSF Sorted, the selected columns only will be displayed.
Columns available on Maintain Clients
- Client Name - Cannot be deselected
- ABN
- Business Code
- Business Name
- Imported From
- Last Imported On
- Client Details
- Latest Job
- Re-Authorize
- Mapped Accountant
- Imported On
- Imported By
- Last Imported By
- Fund Code
- TFN
- Fund End Date
- Trustee Type
Columns available on Maintain Jobs
The Maintain Jobs screen is made up of a number of tabs, with each tab having slightly different columns available. The table below provides examples for common job categories:

Pinning Columns
Users also have the ability to pin columns to allow them to freeze a column for scrolling.
To pin a column, hover over the column header until a pin icon appears. Click the pin to pin the column. This places the selected column as the first column displayed. The system allows two columns to be pinned at any time.
