Creating Sorted Basic portal for Accountant connected with Cloudoffis Auditors
Introduction
SMSF Auditomation users can connect with their accountants through SMSF Sorted Basic, a free portal designed for connected accountants. This complimentary portal enables accountants to:
Import clients directly from their accounting software.
- Submit audit jobs by uploading the required documents.
- Create staff profiles and monitor the status of audit jobs.
The following guide will walk you through the process of creating and registering your SMSF Sorted Basic portal.
Steps for Cloudoffis Auditor
Step 1: Click on Admin > Connect > Connect Accountant.
Step 2: Fill in the details and click on the Connect button
Step 3: This will send an email request to the accountant, including a link to register.
Steps for the Accounting Firm
Step 1: Once the auditor initiates the request, the firm’s primary contact will receive an email from Cloudoffis. Click on the blue Register Now button within that email.
Step 2: Enter your firm’s details and click on Submit Request.
Step 3: After submitting your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating your portal has been created. Follow the link in the email to log in using the provided credentials.
