Contravention Analysis

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.



Sorting Table Data:

  1. For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.



Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.



Contravention Analysis

Contravention Type Analysis:

  1. Lists sub-buckets with contraventions and the number of contraventions in each sub-bucket.



Contravention Analysis:

  1. Shows the total number of jobs with contraventions, total contraventions, and the percentage of jobs with contraventions. Displays a list of firms with the percentage of contraventions in each firm.



Firms With Highest Contravention Ratio:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the highest percentage of contraventions.



Firms With Lowest Contravention Ratio:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the lowest percentage of contraventions.
