Creating a Wind-up Job

Introduction

If you have a wind-up fund, here's how you can create a wind-up job for that fund.
To create a wind-up job for a fund in SMSF Sorted, you will first have to add a wind-up date in the accounting software. Here's how you can add wind-up date in the accounting firm

Adding Wind-up Date in the accounting Software.

Class

  1. Log in to Class.
  2. Go to Fund > Details Edit.
  3. Enter the End Date and click Save.


BGL 360

  1. Login to BGL 360
  2. Select the Fund and click on Edit.
  3. Scroll down and add Wind-up Date.
  4. Once added, click on Save.



SuperMate

  1. Login to SuperMate
  2. Select the Fund and click on Fund Details.
  3. Change the Fund Status as Wound Up, enter the Wound Up Date and click on Save.


Creating wind-up Job in SMSF Sorted.

Once you have added the wind-up date for the fund in the accounting software. Follow the steps mentioned below 
Step 1: Import Client or if you have already imported the client, Re-import the client to reflect the changes.
Step 2: Create a Job and the Wind-up year will automatically appear.
