How to to Create and Process a Job

Introduction

This article explains how to create and process audit jobs in the Audit Console. Audit jobs can be created either internally through Manage Funds or externally from jobs submitted by accountants. Follow the steps below to set up and process the job successfully:

(A) From Manage Funds (Internal Job)

Import Fund and Create Job

1.  Navigate to the Audit > Manage Funds.
2.  Now import the fund from the accounting software. You can also import a Manual fund. For more information, Click Here
3. Click on the Create Audit Job icon for the selected fund (for jobs created internally).


4. Select the job type and financial year, followed by assigning the staff. Post that, click on Create and Next.





4. Click on Audit Job Queue, post which you can find the job by navigating through,  Audit > Manage Jobs, > Audit Job Queue, and process the job.





5. Here, you can import the data from the respective accounting software. Once imported, you can see job details on the Fund Dashboard.





NotesNote: While processing the job, the system automatically maps the line items. However, if it encounters any unrecognised line items, you will need to map them manually.

(B) From Submitted By Accountant (External Job)

Process Job from Submitted By Accountant

1. Click on Audit > Manage Jobs > Submitted By Accountants. Click on the Create Audit Job icon for the selected fund (for jobs received externally)



2.  Select Job Type, Financial Year, and Assign the Staff.
3.  Click Create and Next.



4. Skip the browsing file option and send the job under Audit Job Queue.

                    


5. Now, you can find the job by navigating through,  Audit > Manage Jobs, > Audit Job Queue, and process the job.



4. Your job will be successfully created, and you can view the relevant job details on the Fund Dashboard.
