Step 2: Search for the workpaper template you want to clone from the list and click on Create Copy.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Edit the Template Name to differentiate from original.
Step 4: Once you've filled in the necessary details, click on the Create button.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation toast message.
Step 6: The system will create a copy of the selected template, which will be available for customization or use under Custom tab.

How to Edit Workpaper Templates in MS Office Online
Editing workpapers in MS Office Online provides a convenient way to make changes in Workpaper Template directly within your web browser. This article offers a step-by-step guide on how to edit workpapers using MS Office Online.
Step 1: Click on Settings > Workpaper Templates.
Note: You can clone template to edit and add placeholders to it, if required, you can also import your own workpaper templates and automate them with the same process. Although, these functions are not available for predefined system generated templates. Step 2: Click on Custom and select the Workpaper Template you want to edit and click on Open in Office.
Step 3: Now select Edit in Office for the web.
Step 4: The Workpaper Template will open in MS Office Excel.
Step 5: Once the workpaper opens in MS Office Online, you can make changes to the document using the available editing tools and features. Use the formatting options, text tools, and other features provided by MS Office Online to modify the content of the workpaper as needed.
Step 6: You can use Placeholders to automatically populate data from relevant sources.
How to Add placeholder
Step 1: Once you have opened the desired Workpaper Template, put a cursor where you want to populate data.
Step 2: Copy the desired Placeholder Name from here.
Step 3: Paste it in the workpaper template.
This process will automatically populate the data wherever the placeholders will be used in the Workpaper Templates and added to any job.
