Customising Dashboard for External Parties

Dashboard Customisation

Release 4.0 included a new dashboard overview and with it came options, preferences and a new way of navigating Cloudoffis. The below instructions apply to external administration firms who do not process audits but instead use the Cloudoffis portal to create, assign and manage audit jobs to the audit firm.

Jobs by Status View (new & current portal default)

The default view for all new portals is the status view, this view is relevant for auditors only.
For external parties this will appear Blank as per below, even for this that have assigned jobs externally to the auditor.

Changing Preference to Jobs by Stage view (Default Override)

The below steps should be applied for all external firms that are not performing audits and only creating and assigning audit jobs within Cloudoffis.

1. Select the cog icon

2. Switching preferences

3. Assigned Audit Job View

By changing these preferences your Dashboard view will update (and remain the same until changed), the new view will focus on stages which are relevant to the external party. The dashboard will aso only include External Queries which is the only query type relevant for external parties.

Stage and Status Matrix

Status's apply to the Auditors workflow and external parties and the external party that assigned the audit job can view these in stages, the below matrix indicates which status is included with each stage.
