Main Menu
The Main Menu is available on the left-hand side of the Dashboard. It can redirect you to the pages of the portal that you need to access. Following are the pages that you can visit through the Main Menu.
Admin,
Audit Job Report,
DMS, and
Audit
You can use the Hamburger menu on the top taskbar to collapse or wide open the Main Menu as needed. It is collapsible to provide better visibility of other informative data at a glance whenever required.
On the right side of the portal
Search bar
The magnifying glass icon denotes the search bar on the top right side of the taskbar.
It can be used to search for the desired funds by their Fund Name, Fund Code, ABN, and Software Name.
Knowledgebase

- The question mark Icon is available on the top taskbar, which will redirect you to the portal's knowledge base where all the release notes and updates are posted.
Notification Center

The bell icon on the top task bar will display the latest notifications with the date and time of various activities like receiving a query, creating a job, and others.You can click on View All Notification to have a glance at all the notifications at the same time.
In the Middle
Job Status
The number of jobs in each stage is visible here.
Jobs in Progress
In the middle of the screen, 10 recent jobs and other details like the Fund Name, Year, Created Date, Firm Name, Preparer, Manager, Source, and Status.
Internal Queries
The latest 5 received and responded to queries will be listed under Internal Queries. You can also click on the mail icon to respond to the internal query directly from the Dashboard. As soon as you click on the Mail icon, a pop-up textbox will appear from where you can respond.
External Queries
If you are connected with accountants the latest 5 received and responded to external queries will be available here. This feature will be activated when you are connected with an auditor.
Recent Activities
Recent activities performed from the user's account will be displayed here with the dates they have been performed. You can also filter the Recent Activity by the Date by clicking on the calendar Icon from the top left Corner.
