Empowering Partners and Directors with New Sign-off Feature for Financials
Introducing Signoff
Ensuring financial statement accuracy is vital. We've added a new Sign-off feature to Sorted Pro’s Workflow, making it easier to track who has approved financials. Now, the person approving/signing off the financials can simply check the Sign-off checkbox. This action will display an audit trail in the Statement of Financial Position and Operating Statement, and these details can also be viewed when downloading the Sorted Work Paper file. You can conveniently monitor the sign-off status right from the dashboard.

Enhanced Roll-forward feature
Introducing a notable improvement in our latest update! Previously, documents couldn't be rolled forward if jobs for subsequent years were already created. With this update, we've eliminated this restriction. Now, even if jobs for FY 2020 and 2021 exist, documents from FY 2019 will seamlessly transition to subsequent years, ensuring uninterrupted access and streamlined document management.
