External Query Module

When an external connection is made and an audit is assigned by the external party the external query module becomes active instantly.

External queries can be raised from;

Any checklist or lead schedule line item using the 3 dot menu.





OR

From the Queries and Review Points summary menu.





Note: When you raise a query fro the summary menu you will have to select a section the query relates to, if it is not related to a specific section select None.




For external queries sent to firms using SMSF Sorted the Notify Fund Administrator button is currently not available. 
This will be addressed in a future release.


Once raised the external query will be visible and immediately available within the connected external portal for the Fund Administrator, these queries can be accessed by

Clicking notification icon to open most recent notifications (number will display for any unread notifications)



Once expanded you can select the appropriate notification to open immediately or click View all notifications to go to complete menu.



From the notifications menu you can select the query you would like to view and you will navigate directly to the fund and query



Release 4.0 (July 2019) will include additional query data on the dashboard with improved filters......watch this space.
