Filter Behaviour Based on User Role

Release 4.0 included a main dashboard and additional filter features, this guide and video focuses on these improvements and how to manage preferences.

There are 4 types of roles available on Cloudoffis portals;
  1. Administrator/Company Admin (same behaviour except Company Admin has additional purchasing rights)
  2. Auditor
  3. Manager
  4. Audit Preparer
There are also permissions associated to these roles, it is the combination of the role and permissions that influence how the main dashboard and queue filters behave.

For further information on how to create users and adjust roles & permissions (and the results) please refer to the following - Creating Users, Roles and Permissions
