Filtering information for Maintain Clients & Maintain Jobs

Overview

There is a lot of data available to SMSF Sorted users from the Maintain Clients and Maintain Jobs screens. This article will explain how to filter this data.

Filtering selections

From the Maintain Jobs or Maintain Clients pages, there is an option to filter the displayed information using the Filter icon to the left of the Search box



Filter options for Manage Clients

There are three filtering options on the Manage Clients screen.


  1. Client
  2. Business
  3. Select Year
The Client and Business filters are text based, allowing you to enter text, then click the Filter button to limit the results.
Select Year is a dropdown selection, and once the desired year is chosen, click the Filter button.
To clear the results, click the Reset button  next to Filter.

Filter options for Manage Jobs

Filtering on the Manage Jobs page is similar to Manage Clients, however each tab will give you slightly different relevant filters.
Examples include:
  1. Client
  2. Select Year
  3. ABN
  4. Company Name
  5. Staff
  6. Completion Date
  7. Select Status
