SMSF Sorted Workpaper - Property & Rental Schedule
This article will provide details on the functionality of SMSF Sorted's Property Workpaper
A fund must have reimported the Lead Schedule after the SMSF Sorted 2.6 release (22 May 2021) for the Workpapers to be active.
For funds loaded after this date, Workpapers will automatically be available.
Property Workpapers are accessed via the Statement of Financial Position.

Click on 
icon to open the Financial Workpaper screen.
If no Workpapers have been previously accessed for the fund, you will need to generate them.
Click the Generate Workpapers button to create the new Workpapers.
The system will then generate Workpapers similar to the one shown below:

The Property Workpaper is divided into two sections - "Property Details" and "Income and Expenses Summary".
In both sections, information is drawn directly from the accounting software.
A user has the ability to manually set the LRBA status and the Legal Owner details.
Additional detail lines can also be added to the Property Details section
The Income and Expenses Summary will import current year and prior year data for comparison purposes.
