Firm Analytics

Introduction

The Firm Analytics section provides comprehensive insights into the performance of connected and not connected firms. Users can filter the data based on the firm's connection status from the left panel. This section includes various graphical and tabular representations of the data, allowing for a detailed analysis of the firm's activities. All the information displayed will be specific to the selected firm, providing detailed revenue insights.

Accessing Firm Analytics:

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select Firm Analytics to view data related to the firms.

Sorting Table Data:

  • For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.



Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.



Filtering Firms:

  1. Use the filter options on the left panel to select between connected and not connected firms.
  2. The data will update based on the selected firm and connection status.


Firm Analytics

Average Query Closure Days:

  1. A line graph showing the average time taken to close a query. Displays the number of queries and jobs received from a firm in each month of the selected year.



Estimated Vs Actual Jobs:

  1. A bar graph comparing the estimated number of jobs to the actual number of jobs received.




Job Trend Analysis:

  1. Displays the number of jobs received every month in the selected year.


Query Type Analysis:

  1. Displays the number of Internal Queries, External Queries, and Review Points raised for each sub-bucket.



Revenue Share:

  1. Displays the percentage of revenue generated from various sources, such as fees and add-ons.



Job Average Aging:

  1. Shows the average aging of jobs, indicating how long jobs stay in specific stages. 



Job Completion Analysis:

  1. Displays data on job completion times, including the average days taken to complete jobs.
