Format correction in report templates used via MS Plugin

If you are facing the issue of uneven formatting while using report templates then it might be due to copying and pasting the content from other sources including another word document to the template as those may have hidden formatting.

In such cases, you can copy the content by removing the format by following the below steps:

Step 1 - Open Notepad (Search the Notepad in windows)


Step 2 - Copy the contents from another source and paste those into the Notepad.

Step 3 - Then copy the content from Notepad (as Notepad removes all formatting)

Step 4 - In the report downloaded from Cloudoffis, click on Clear Formatting and then paste that content.

Clear Formatting option in Word is provided in the screenshot below:



Note - Once the content is added, you can use the formats of MS word to the template you are saving to Cloudoffis.
