Cancelling the job submitted to the auditor

How can I cancel the job submitted to the auditor?


If the accountant accidently submits a job to the auditor, the audit job submission can be cancelled using below steps.
Note:  The audit job submission can be cancelled only in those scenarios when the job is accidently submitted to the auditor and the auditor has not yet created the job in his system. If auditor has already created the job in his system; the submission cannot be cancelled.

  1. Log into your Sorted portal and go to Clients> Manage Jobs> Submitted to Auditor(s) page. Search the fund from the list and click on the 3 dots action menu to open the options and then select Cancel Audit Submission option.
          


  1. A confirmation message would appear on your screen which you can refer and click on Yes button to proceed.


  2. On cancelling the audit job submission, the audit request will be removed from auditor's portal and you would be able to submit the job to the same auditor or a different auditor.
