How to Add Comments, Queries, and Review Points

Introduction

Here's how you can Raise a Query, Review Points and Add Comments as and when required.

Add Comments

Step 1: Click Add Comments within the observation.



Step 2: Enter your comment in the text box and click Save.



Step 3: The comment icon will turn blue, indicating a comment has been added to the observation.


Add a Query

Step 1: Click Add Query/Review Point.



Step 2: Select Queries and click on Add a Query.



Step 3: Assign the query by selecting the appropriate assignee and any additional notifications.
Step 4: Fill in the Query Description and other required fields.
Step 5: Attach relevant documents if necessary, then choose to Submit or Submit and Email.



Step 6: Once submitted, the query icon will turn orange to indicate the existence of a query.



Add a Review Point:

Step 1: Click Add Query/Review Point.



Step 2: Switch to the Review Point tab and select Add Review Point from the top right of the screen.
Step 3: Fill in the Query Heading and Query Description, then hit Submit.



Step 4: The Query will be added successfully.

These actions help users manage compliance efficiently, ensure smooth communication, and track progress on any outstanding issues within the fund.
