How to Re-assign Staff

Introduction

If you need to reassign a job to a different staff member after it has been created, follow the steps below to smoothly update the assignment.

How to Reassign Staff

Step 1: Go to the Fund Dashboard for the fund where you want to reassign staff.



Step 2: Scroll down to the Relationship section and click on the Assign/Remove Staff button.



Step 3: Click on the Delete icon next to the current staff member to remove them from the job.



Step 4: Once the dropdown is enabled, choose the new staff member from the dropdown list .
Notes
Note: The staff dropdown will not be enabled until you delete the existing staff member.



Step 4: Now click on Assign.



Step 5: This will enable the Save button, click on Save to proceed further.

Note: The Save button will not be enabled until you click on the Assign button.



Step 6: Click on Yes from the appearing confirmation pop-up.



Step 7: The staff member will now be successfully reassigned to the job.
