How to share Legacy Templates with connected firms?

How to share Legacy Templates with connected firms?

1. On Dashboard, go to Admin > Report Templates > Legacy Template



2. Click on "Create Template"



3. Please fill in all the required fields and create the template.
Important - Make sure to select " Pre Audit Template" if the user needs to share the template with other connected firms.


*Mandatory fields while creating template.
  1. Template Name
  2. Template Type :
  3. Select Type of Template
  4. Select New/ Clone Template
4. Click on the "Share with Firm" Icon to select the firm.



Legacy templates that were shared with the connected accountants before migrating them to the upgraded portal would not work. However, the same template can be cloned, following the above process that would allow sharing the templates with the Accounting firm. After sharing the new letters, please mark the old letters as Inactive.
