I can't create a new job in SMSF Sorted, and keep getting an error message
Overview
This article will look at troubleshooting steps you can take if you are unable to create a job for a client that has already been imported into SMSF Sorted.
Reimport client
Typically, reimporting the client from Class Super or BGL SimpleFund360 will reset the links between SMSF Sorted and your administration software. See the relevant articles for
Class and for
BGL.
If the reimport does not work, or you are still having issues creating the job after a successful reimport, please contact
Support and they will be able to review the problem and take appropriate action to assist getting you back on track.
