I have completed a job in SMSF Sorted, but don't have the Submit to Audit button available. The button is available to other users.
Problem
I have completed a job in SMSF Sorted, but don't have the Submit to Audit button available. The button is available to other users.
Resolution
Check the role assigned to the user for the job. If the user is assigned as Preparer only on the job, then the button is not available. The user must have either a Manager or Reviewer role to submit to audit.
