Importing and Re-Importing Clients

Introduction

Here's how you can simply import funds from accounting software like BGL 360 & Supermate.

How to Import Funds

Step 1: Login to you SMSF Sorted portal and click on Clients > Manage Clients > Import Clients.

Step 2: Click on Import Clients and select BGL 360.

Step 3: Enter your Credentials and click on Sign in.

Step 4: Now click on Authorise.

SuperMate

Step 2: Click on Import Clients and select SuperMate.

Step 3: Enter your Credentials and click on Authorise.

Step 4: A list of available funds in your account will be displayed on your screen. Select the funds that you want to Import. Once done, click on Import Selected Clients.

Step 5: The import process will start.

Step 6: The clients will be successfully imported and you'll be able to view the status on your screen. You can now click on Manage Clients and start submitting jobs to the auditor.

How to Reimport Clients


Step 1: Click on Clients > Manage Clients.


Step 2: Click on the action icon and select Re-import Client.


Step 3: The client re-import process will start.


Step 4: Once re-import is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation toast message on the bottom of your screen.
