Importing Data from Accounting Software

Introduction

Once the job is created, the next step is to import the data if the fund has been imported from any accounting software or to upload the data manually if the fund has been uploaded manually. Following are the ways to Import the data from various accounting softwares.

Import the data from BGL360

Step 1:- Click on Audit > Manage Jobs > Process Audit Job.

Step 2:- Now click on Import Data From BGL 360/Class/Supermate.

Step 3:- You can now see the progress on your screen, click on Fund Dashboard once enabled to be redirected to Fund Dashboard.

Step 4: Here, you will be able to view successfully imported data and the rest which is yet to be imported will be displayed in skeleton view. Click on the Importing Data icon to view Import progress.

Step 5:- Once the data is imported successfully, you will be redirected to map the unmapped data. Hit Save, once done.
