Introduction
In the Manage Clients section, you have a powerful set of tools to effectively oversee your clients. This comprehensive module facilitates actions such as creating bulk jobs, importing clients, and exporting data to Excel. You can also access options to re-authorize, re-import, create jobs, view client details, and deactivate clients.
Reduced charges are applicable for keeping the data of inactive clients without deleting it. However, the charges can be completely removed by deleting the client. Once a client is deleted, all jobs, data and documents are completely deleted and cannot be retrieved back.
Here's how you can utilize these features:
Manage Clients module is divided into 3 main tabs.
Active Clients - When the client is active and is available under Active Clients tab, you can Create Job, View, Re-import and Deactivate the client.
Inactive Clients - When the client is Deactivated and is available under Inactive Clients tab, you can either Re-activate or Delete the Client from here.
Deleted Clients - When the client is Deleted, it is available under Deleted Clients tab in view only mode, you can not perform any action from here onwards. This action is irreversible, once the client is deleted, it can not be reactivated again.
How to View Clients
Step 1: Click on Clients > Manage Clients.
Step 2: Under the Action column, click the three-dot icon and select View Client.
Step 3: A slider will appear, displaying client details, including Basic Details, Contact, Fund , Trustees, Members, and Files.
