Job Analysis

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.



Sorting Table Data:

  • For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.



Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.

Job Analysis

Estimated Vs Actual Jobs:

  1. Compares the number of estimated jobs to actual jobs received from each firm and the variance between them.



Job Average Aging (Status Wise):

  1. Shows how many days jobs have stayed in specific job stages.



Estimated Vs Actual Jobs (Table View)

  1. Displays list of firms with their Estimated Jobs and Actual Jobs received and Variance between estimated and actual jobs.



Job Completion Analysis:

  1. Depicts the average days taken to complete jobs, with a monthly breakdown.



Average Job Closure Days (Fastest):

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the fastest job closure times and the number of days taken.



Average Job Closure Days (Slowest):

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the slowest job closure times and the number of days taken.
