Read Only Mode

Introduction

To provide you with more convenience and reduce the chances of errors, we've introduced a read-only mode in Cloudoffis. This functionality can be only availed if the job has been marked as Completed. This mode offers several benefits, including:

  1. Easily refer to audit reports from previous years for comparison or analysis.

  2. Open audits in a new tab or separate screen to compare with current data.

  3. Eliminate the risk of accidentally updating the wrong year's audit information.

  4. Grant access to others for review or training purposes without the risk of unintentional updates.

Accessing Read-Only Mode

You can access the read-only mode from the Manage Jobs > Completed Audit Job and Fund Dashboard.

Step 1:- From the Fund Dashboard, click on the pencil/edit icon, Update Client Details.

Step 2:- From the appearing slider, click on Audit Files, and previously completed audits will be displayed.
Step 3:- Click on the hyperlink of the fund name for a completed audit job. The audit job will open in a new tab in read-only mode.

Completed Audit Job

Step 1:- Click on Audit > Manage Jobs and select Completed Audit Jobs.

Step 2:- Within the Completed Audit Job, click the fund name hyperlink. The completed audit job will open in a new tab in read-only mode.

With read-only mode, you can efficiently access and review past audit reports, making your audit process more streamlined and error-free.
