Manage Invoice

Introduction

Managing Invoices allows auditors to generate, share, and track invoices for completed jobs with their clients/firms. Here's more information about Manage Invoices:
To generate and share invoices with firms, access the Manage Invoice page.
The page lists all firms with details like Fund Name, ABN, Year, Label, Invoice Date, Amount, Status, and Days from the date of import.
Actions available: 
  1. Generate Invoice
  2. Post Invoice to Xero
  3. View
  4. Download
  5. Share.

Generating an Invoice:

To generate an invoice for a specific firm, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Click on My Practice > Manage Invoice



Step 2: Click on the Generate Invoice icon in the Action column for the desired firm. 



Step 3: View and Edit firm details, billing details, and add-ons as needed and hit Generate button.



Step 5: The invoice will be successfully generated. A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen.



Step 6:- You can also click on the View icon to view the invoice.



Step 7:- Click on the Download icon to download the invoice.



Filters:

In the Manage Invoices page, you can use Filters to view invoices based on Year, Generated status, Not Generated status, or Source.

Export as PDF

Step 1:- Click on My Practice > Manage Firm.



Step 2:- Click on the Export PDF icon from the top taskbar and the PDF including all that your screen shows will be downloaded and will be downloaded to your device.



Step 3:- You can simply click on it to open.



Share With Firm

This option is only available for the funds imported through SMSF Sorted. 
Step 1:- Generate Invoice with the help of steps mentioned above.



Step 2:- A Share With Firm Icon will be displayed on your screen, click on it.



Step 3:- You will now receive a confirmation toast message on your screen.



Step 4:- Once the Invoice is shared with the firm, the same icon will display the date and time when the invoice was shared last. You can click on it to share the invoice again.
