Manage Notification

Introduction

  1. Manage Notifications is the module from where you can manage your Notification Settings.
  2. There are 2 parts of the Preferences module, Notification Preferences, and Change Notification Recipient. From here you can change your Notification Preferences settings and also you can assign your staff as your Notification Recipient as required.
  3. You can change Notification Preferences for the tasks that you receive Notifications. 
  4. If for any of the mentioned activities, you don't want to receive the notifications, you can assign someone else from your staff to receive the notifications on your behalf. 

Notification Preferences

Follow the steps given below to change the Notification Preferences for your account.
Step 1:- Click on the Profile icon from the top right corner of your screen and click on Preferences.



  1. On the appearing page, you will be able to locate all the Activities for which the notifications are sent automatically from the portal.
  2. Next to it is the Description Column where the description of the activities has been mentioned.
  3. Then comes the Email Notification and Portal Notification column which will have a toggle button. You can toggle on and of for each of the activities. You can choose for which activities you want to receive Email Notifications and for which of them you want to receive Portal Notifications. You can also turn both of them on or off as per the requirement.



Step 2:- You can simply turn off the toggle buttons for the activities for which you don't want to receive the notifications. The toggle button will be turned on by default, you can change it as required.



Note:- You can also perform this action in bulk, from the top, from the toggle button mentioned next to Email Notification and Portal Notification.

Step 3:- Once you have made the changes, click on the Save button from the bottom right corner of your screen to save.


Note:- The Save button won't be enabled if no changes have been made. Next to the Save button will be the Last Updated Date and Time
Step 4:- You will now receive a confirmation toast message at the bottom of your screen.


Change Notification Preferences

Refer to the steps given below to change Notification Preferences.
Step 1:- Click on your Profile icon from the top right corner of the screen and select Preferences from there.


Step 2:- Now click on the Change Notification tab on the appearing page, there will be 2 activities listed, you can add anyone from your staff as a Notification Recipient for the mentioned activities.



Note:- Minimum 1 and Maximum 3 assignees can be assigned for any of the mentioned activities.



Step 3:- Once you have made the changes, click on the Save button from the top right corner of your screen.



Step 4:- You will now receive a confirmation text message at the bottom right corner of your screen.
