Manage Queries

Introduction

  1. Funds with at least one Internal or External Query are listed here. Given below are the column headings and details. 
  2. Clicking on any of the fund names, redirects you to the Fund Dashboard of that specific fund. 
  3. By default, Fund Name, ABN, Year, Job Status, Firm Name, Client Contact, Last Updated On, IQ, EQ and Action columns will be displayed.


  1. The date of Job Creation -  Job Created Date for each fund.
  2. The date of the query last updated - Last Query Updated Date.



  1. IQ stands for Internal Query and no. of internal queries in that specific fund will be displayed in this column.
    1. If you click on the number, it'll redirect you to the Internal Queries > Queries and Review Points > Fund Dashboard. To know more about Internal Queries, click here.
  2. EQ stands for External Query and no. of external queries in that specific fund will be displayed in this column.
    1. If you click on the number, it'll redirect you to the External Queries > Queries and Review Points > Fund Dashboard. To know more about External Queries, click here. 



Actions that can be performed from here have been explained as under.

How to Notify Assignee

For any of the raised queries, if you want to send a notification to Notify Assignee as a reminder, follow the steps given below:-
Step 1:- Click on Audit > Manage Queries.



Step 2:- Click on the Notify Assignee icon.



Step 3:- It will send an Email and Portal Notification as shown below to the assignee.
Note:- This button will only be enabled if the fund has at least one Internal Query.

How to Notify Client Contact

For any of the raised queries, if you want to send a notification to Notify Client Contact as a reminder, follow the steps given below:-
Step 1:- Click on Audit > Manage Queries.



Step 2:- Click on the Notify Client Contact icon.
Step 3:- It will send an Email and Portal Notification as shown below to the assignee.
Note:- This button will only be enabled if the fund has at least one External Query.

How to view other Columns

Step 1- Click on Audit > Manage Queries > Column.



Step 2- Select the checkbox for the columns that you view. Once done, hit Save.



How to Filter the Queries

Step 1- You can filter the queries by Query Type, Query Status, Job Status, Fund Name, ABN, Firm Name and Assignee.
Step 2- Click on the Filter button and select the filter.
Step 3- Once done, click on Filter to apply the selected filters to the available information.



Step 4- The query data will be filtered and result will be displayed on your screen. You can click on Reset icon to reset the applied filter and click on close to close the Filter toolbar.
