This article will cover how to install the Microsoft Office (MS Office) plugin.

Please close all Microsoft Products i.e. Word, Excel etc. before beginning the download & installation

To finish the authentication process, you will need to create (or edit) and save a Word template from Auditomation.
  1. From Admin > Report Templates create a new Word template from the Templates tab, by clicking the Create Template button.

You will note there are now two tabs, one for Report Templates, the other being Legacy Templates. Your old HTML based templates now reside under this Legacy Templates tab. These can no longer be edited, but can be viewed and PDFs generated if required. You can also no longer create templates using the Legacy editor.

If this part is not completed MS Plugin will not work
If Credentials have not been entered you will have to uninstall, restart the system and install again see  Troubleshooting Microsoft Office Plugin installation issues

  1. Enter your Cloudoffis username and MS Office Authentication password, then click Login

NOTE: The Password required is your MS Office Authentication password, not your regular username password. This can be accessed from your Profile
