Following are the actions that can be performed from My Audit Job

How To View Audit File

There are multiple ways to View Audit Files/ View Audit Jobs. You can View Audit Jobs by the following methods

Method 1:- You can click on the Fund Name Directly from the Dashboard and you will be redirected to the respective fund’s Fund Dashboard.


Method 2:- You can click on Fund Name from the Audit Jobs page.


Method 3:- You can also click on Audit Jobs > My Audit Job and under the Action button, click on View Audit File.


How To Assign/ Remove Staff

You can Assign/Remove and Re-assign someone else for the same job from Audit Jobs > My Audit Jobs page.

Step 1:- Once you have logged in to the platform successfully, click on Audit > Audit Jobs > My Audit Job.


Step 2:- Now click on the three-dot icon, and from there select Assign/ Remove Staff.


Step 3:- Now a pop-up will open, here all the details of the assigned staff will be displayed. You can remove the staff by clicking on the Delete icon.


Step 4:- Once you have removed the already assign staff now you can assign a new staff member to any of the available job roles.

Step 5:- Click on the text box and select the staff member from the drop-down and then click on Assign.


Step 6- As soon as you click on Assign, the assigned staff will receive an email stating that they have been assigned as $Job Role$ for $Job Name$.



NotesNote:- There can be only one Auditor, Audit Preparer, and Manager for any suit job.

How To Change Status

Step 1:- Click on Audit Job > My Audit job and then click on the three-dot button.


Step 2:- From the appearing menu, click on Change Status


Step 3:- Now select the status from the appearing list and then click on Change Status.

Note:- You can not select the status Completed if the job has not passed through Review Completed status.

Note:- Only Auditor can change the status to Review Completed.

How To Add Label

You can add already created labels to a job by following the steps given below.

Step 1:- Once you have logged in to the platform successfully, click on Audit Jobs > My Audit Job.


Step 2:- Now click on Add Label from the three-dot button.


Step 3:- A side screen will appear, select the Label from the list. And click on Save to add selected labels to the job.


How To View Documents

All the documents that have been tagged to a job or have been uploaded to a job can be viewed by following the steps given below.

Step 1:- Once you have logged in to the platform successfully, click on Audit Jobs > My Audit Job.


Step 2:- Now click on View Documents from the three-dot button.


Step 3:- This will now open a list of available documents, you can View and Download the documents from here.


Step 4:- As soon as you click on the Download Document icon, a document will be downloaded in the pdf form at the bottom left corner of your screen.

Step 5:- If you click on View Document, the document will open in a new tab and you can perform multiple actions from there as required. Click here to know what actions can be performed within a document.

How To Upload Documents

You can also upload the documents into a job by following the steps given below.

Step 1:- Once you have logged in to the platform successfully, click on Audit Jobs > My Audit Job.


Step 2:- A slider will appear where you can upload the files from your local drive or by simply Drag and Drop.

Note:- Auto OCR will be selected while uploading the document which will process OCR on the required documents on its own.

Note:- If you do not want to run OCR on your documents, you can unselect the Auto OCR option.

How To Delete an Audit File

Follow the steps given below to Delete the Audit Job/Audit File.

Step 1:- Go to Audit Job > My Audit Job.


Step 2:- Now click on the three-dot button and then on the Delete Audit File.


Step 3:- A pop-up will now appear, click on Yes to delete the audit file.



NotesNote:- Jobs can only be deleted if they haven’t been started yet. Once the job has been started, you can not delete the job before changing its status to completed.
