My Practice Analytics

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.


Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.


Home

Snapshot:

  1. Average Revenue: Displays the average revenue generated.
  2. Average Turnaround Time: Shows the average time taken to complete a job.
  3. Connected and Active Firms to Date: Indicates the number of current year connected firms and active firms till date.
  4. Total Jobs: Divides total jobs by the accounting software used, displaying the number of jobs received from each.

Growth Analysis:

  1. A line chart showing the number of jobs received and firms connected each month for the selected year.

Estimated Vs Actual Jobs:

  1. A bar graph comparing the actual number of jobs received versus the estimated number of jobs.

Average Query Closure Time:

  1. View the average closure time for new queries, backlog queries, and resolved queries each month of the selected year.

Contravention Analysis:

  1. Lists firms with contraventions, showing the total job count for contraventions, total contraventions, and the percentage of jobs with contraventions.

Query Type Analysis:

  1. Displays the total number of internal and external queries and review points for each sub-bucket.
