Notification Alerts - Documents Uploaded Email Notifications

Introduction

Cloudoffis Auditomation sends email notifications when supporting documents are uploaded to an audit job and the Notify Auditor option is selected during the upload process. The recipient of the email notification is determined based on the status of the audit job when the document is uploaded. This guide provides details on who receives the email notification based on the job status.

Email Notification Recipients by Job Status:

Submitted: Company Admin
Assigned: Preparer
Job Started: Preparer
Waiting for Response: Preparer & Manager
Pending Manager's Review: Manager
Pending Auditor's Review: Auditor
Review Completed: Manager & Auditor
Reports Sent for Signature: Manager & Auditor
Reports Signed: Manager & Auditor

Email Notification Process:

  1. When an Accountant or Administrator uploads supporting documents to an audit job and selects the Notify Auditor option, an email notification will be triggered based on the job status.
  2. The recipient of the email notification will receive an alert indicating that documents have been uploaded and are ready for review or action.
  3. The email will include relevant details such as the audit job's fund name, status, and a link to access the audit job within the Cloudoffis Auditomation platform.
Note: The email notification system helps streamline communication between team members involved in the audit process, ensuring that the right individuals are informed at the appropriate stages.
