Observation

Observation

Introduction

We have 11 observations that are being run on the data imported from the Accounting Software. Based on their status, observations are categorized into three tabs: Warning, Good To Go, and Not Applicable.
  • Not Applicable Tab:

    • Observations that do not exist in the imported data are automatically placed here.

  • Warning Tab:

    • Observations that do not match the expected observation fall into this tab.

  • Good To Go Tab:

    • Observations that exist and perfectly match the expected observation are placed here.

Creating a Query or Adding a Comment:

Step 1:- Go to Fund Dashboard > Fund Summary > Observations

Step 2:- Find the specific observation from any of the three tabs.

Step 3:- Click on the three-dot icon and select Create Query

Step 4:- Provide the necessary details and click on Save Query

Step 5:- The Query will be displayed under the "?" icon.

Step 6:- Click on the "?" icon to view the details.

Converting an Observation from Warning to Good To Go:

Step 1:- Go to Fund Dashboard > Fund Summary > Observations > Warning

Step 2:- Click on the three-dot icon next to the observation and select Mark as Good To Go

Converting an Observation from Good To Go to Warning:

Step 1:- Go to Fund Dashboard > Fund Summary > Observations > Good To Go

Step 2:- Click on the three-dot icon next to the observation and select Mark as Warning

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and categorize Observations, create Queries, and mark them as either Good To Go or Warning, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of discrepancies in the fund's data.
