PDF viewer issue when closing a document
Overview
Some users have experienced a crash of the PDF viewer when closing a document in SMSF Sorted's DMS. This article will explain the circumstances where this occurs, and how to avoid it occurring.
Issue
When closing a PDF from DMS, some users have experienced the PDF viewer opening in full-screen mode with a black screen being displayed. Users then had to hit Esc key to exit and be returned to SMSF Sorted.
Cause and Resolution
It has been found that this scenario occurs when using a Chrome browser with zoom settings at 90% or lower
To avoid this issue from occurring, it is recommended to have the Zoom set to 100%.
