A new feature has been added to view prior year Reports, Queries, Financials, etc. all at one glance as a Summary at fund-level.
Earlier, it was required to go to each job page and check the previous year's details. This newly added feature will save you time, and effort and will provide you with a seamless workflow.
While on the Fund Dashboard, click on Prior Year Summaries from the left-hand menu. Summaries for the prior year(s) will then be displayed, you can view the summary for the past 3 years.

All the clickable information that is available as a summary will redirect you to the respective page’s exact location.
If no prior year jobs are available for the same fund, then the prior year summary will be empty/null and it will display Prior year’s job does not exist.
Also, all the pre and post-audit reports in the prior year with the view icon will be visible.
You can also add a note for next year while changing the job status to Completed which will be visible in the prior year summary of the next year.
Head over to the Fund Dashboard, while changing the Job Status to Completed, you’ll get a pop-up screen with a text box where you can add the Notes for next year. Once added the required, click on Change Status.
The activity of adding a note by a staff member in any job will be displayed in Recent Activity.
