Introduction
A feature introduced to enhance your SMSF management experience by providing a summarized overview of the previous year's reports, queries, financials, and more. This feature eliminates the need to navigate through each individual job page to access prior year details, saving you time and streamlining your workflow.
How to View Prior Year Summary:
Navigate to Fund Dashboard and click on Prior Year Summaries from the left-hand menu.
The summaries for the previous year(s) will be displayed, allowing you to view information for the past three years.
- The prior year's summary will include various details given below:
- Risk Matrix
- Status
- Notes from Last Year
- Financial Snapshot
- Number of Review Points
- Number of Queries
- Generated and Received Audit Letters and reports
- All the clickable information within the summary will redirect you to the respective page's exact location for more detailed information.
- If no prior year jobs exist for the same fund, the prior year summary will appear as empty with a message indicating Prior year’s job does not exist.
- Pre and post-audit reports from the prior year will be available with their linked with their respective link.
Adding a Note for Next Year:
From the Fund Dashboard, click on Change Status icon.
Select Completed from the slider and hit Change Status.
A pop-up screen will appear with a text box to add notes for the next year and hit Change Status again.
Enter any relevant notes for the upcoming year in the provided text box. If no notes are required, the text box can be left empty.
- Clicking on the Notes icon will allow you to view the added message in a pop-up screen.
Note for Staff Activity:
Any note added by a staff member to a job will be recorded in the Recent Activity section for reference.
This new feature enhances the visibility and accessibility of prior year information, offering a more seamless and efficient workflow for managing SMSFs.
