Profile

Introduction

The profile section consists of Personal Details, Profile Picture, Company Logo, Change Password page, and Firm Details. The mentioned details can be changed, updated, or removed. Following are the actions that can be performed from this page.

Personal Details

All your personal details will be available on this page. From here, you can add or change your Profile Picture and Other Details as well.

How To Change And Update Personal Details

  1. Click on your Profile icon from the top right and then from there you can simply change the details that are required by typing in the text fields under Personal Details. As soon as any change is made in the fields, the save button that was disabled initially will now be enabled. Click on Save to save the changes.
  2. Filling all the details is not a compulsion but a few details are required specifically for auditors, like ABN. Details that are compulsory to fill will have a star next to the heading.
Note:- Email ID is something that can not be changed.



How to set up Firm Details

  1. This page includes all the details of your firm like Firm Name, Type, ABN, Address, and others as well. 
  2. A few Firm Details like Company Name, Admin’s Email Address, and ABN can not be changed directly from this page. If you want to do so, you will have to contact Support and fill out a Change Request form to process forward. Other details can be changed whenever required from this page itself. You can edit/change the firm's details by simply clicking on the textbox and entering the text. Once you have entered the text and made changes successfully click on Save to save the changes that you have made.



Step 1:- Click on your Profile icon in the top right of the screen, and select Profile.




Step 2:- The current logo will be displayed which will be the Cloudoffis default logo.



Step 3:- Beneath the logo, there will be an option to Change or Delete. You can choose any of them as per your requirement.



Step 4:- If you click on Change, you will be redirected to the File of your computer from where you can select which picture you would like to keep as your logo.
Step 5:- Once you select the image, the image will then be displayed as your new firm logo in your profile. Where will it be displayed?

Note:-The file should be in JPG or PNG format and should not be larger than 500 x 500 pixels, and not exceed 60KB of file size. 

Step 1:- Click on the Delete button.



Step 2:- A confirmation pop-up will appear, click on Yes to proceed forward.



Step 3:- Once done, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom right corner and the default company logo of Cloudoffis will be displayed again.



How To Change Password

You can enter your old password and then change it from this page.

Step 1:- From the profile page, click on Change Password.

Step 2:- Enter your Old Password and the New Password.



Step 3:- Once done, click on Save from the bottom left.


Note:- If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password while logging in. An Email with the reset password link will be shared with you on your registered email id. You can reset your password from there.
