Query Analysis

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.



Sorting Table Data:

  1. For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.


Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.


Query Analysis

Average Query Closure Time:

  1. Shows the average query closure time, with a graph representing the number of backlogs, resolved, and new queries each month.


Firms with Faster Query Turn Around:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the fastest query turnaround times.



Firms with Poor Query Turn Around Time:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms with the slowest query turnaround times.



Query Type Analysis:

  1. Displays the number of internal and external queries and review points for each sub-bucket.
