Receiving post audit reports from your Cloudoffis Auditor

This article will outline where to find post-audit documents, such as the Audit Report and Management Letter, sent to you by your connected Audit firm.

Documents shared by the Auditor

Since the release of Cloudoffis Auditomation 5.0 and SMSF Sorted 3.0, auditors have been able to share post-audit documents with connected accounting firms. This provides greater flexibility for both the accounting and audit firms with the delivery of documents such as the audit report, management letter, etc. For details of the process from the Auditors viewpoint, click here

How do I know if documents have been shared?

When the auditor shares post-audit documents, the Business Admin at the accounting firm will receive an email similar to the one below.


Where are the shared documents shared kept?

These shared documents will be stored in the DMS for your SMSF Sorted portal in a folder called Audit Letters & Reports




What can I do with these documents?

From the Action menu, click ... to open the selection options

You are able to:
  1. View
  2. Delete
  3. Send For Signature - this requires DocuSign integration
  4. Download Report
  5. Download Signed Report - this requires DocuSign integration
  6. Upload Signed Report - uploading a scanned copy of the document signed by hand
  7. Share to Auditor - this option becomes available after either a DocuSign version has completed signing, or a physically signed report has been uploaded
