Recreating SuperMate Client
Recreating SuperMate Client to Incorporate API Integration
You may have been directed here from an error within your portal, if that is the case you have arrived at the correct location.
Due to our recent API integration with SuperMate, client data that was previously entered manually is no longer valid and to create audit jobs as we require an API Authority Token to import audit data, this is achieved by adding your SuperMate login credentials and authority.
To allow the creation of a SuperMate audit job please follow the below steps to adjust current client data and import client details using our new method, this task will only be required once and future audit jobs can be created from pre existing API Authority Tokens.
Change Existing Client Fields
Go to Audit/Managed Clients and select "View" on the client you wish to alter
Change Client Name, ID & Code
An easily trackable suggestion would be to add Archive as the ID & Code and following the name but this is entirely your choice, any update will suffice.
Basic Details Tab
Fund Tab
Once Complete, Import SuperMate Client as per standard process
