Re-creating Supermate Client

Introduction

With the API integration between Cloudoffis and SuperMate, manual client data entry is no longer valid for creating audit jobs. An API Authority Token is required to import audit data, which is obtained by integrating your SuperMate login credentials and authority. This guide outlines the steps to adjust existing client data and import client details using the new API integration method. This process is a one-time requirement, and subsequent audit jobs can be created using pre-existing API Authority Tokens.

Instructions:

Step 1: Click on Audit > Managed Funds from the menu.

Step 2: Locate the client for which you need to adjust the data and click on View.

Step 3: Update the Client Name, Client ID, and Client Code

NotesNote: For tracking purposes, it's recommended to use an easily distinguishable identifier. You could consider adding Archive to the ID and Code while keeping them related to the client name. Any update that helps differentiate will work.

Step 4: Now hit Update and initiate the standard Reimport process for your SuperMate client.
