A new month a new release, 2019 has already seen some tremendous enhancements and here are some more! 

The below enhancements are a direct result of client feedback (with a little help from the ATO), please keep them coming.


  1. Multi Factor Authentication
  2. Addition of read only mode
  3. SuperMate API Integration


Multi Factor Authentication

Cloudoffis now has 3 types of Multi Factor Authentication. These settings can be accessed by any user from their profile (Click name top right of screen and select), once open the Multi Factor Authentication page is on the right as per below.

Read Only Mode

We have created a read only functionality to enable quick reference to previous year's audits without the risk of creating invalid timestamps.
  1. Ability to quickly refer to previous years audit
  2. Ability to compare in new tab (different screen if available)
  3. Read only removes the risk of updating wrong year
  4. Ability to provide access for review or training without the risk of updating.

SuperMate API Integration

With help from the SuperMate team we have now enabled SuperMate data to be imported via the cloud.

This removes the previous requirement of manually entering client/fund data and manually uploading excel Trial Balance and General Ledger.
