Release 4.10


The first release of the year includes contravention reporting and additional reports under financial reports which would save time for auditors using Auditomation.

Enhancements

  1. Contravention reporting enhanced
    1. Audit Job Report enhanced with the option to generate the list of contravened jobs.
    2. Review Points enhanced, options to add additional details to the review point marked as Contravention.
  2. Additional reports (from Class) added to job's Financial Reports

Other bug and logic fixes including;

  1. While uploading a Password Protected File, it will prompt to remove password and then re-upload, this will avoid the issues of missing bookmarks & comments from the Audit File.
  2. Fixes related to Sorted job:
    1. External queries can now be raised from the checklist.
    2. Documents tagged to Additional Folder in SMSF Sorted will be pushed to Other Documents folder in Auditomation instead of Unsorted folder.

Contraventions

Audit Job Report will now show the jobs contravened, with a Yes under the heading - Contravention. Choosing to show only ACR jobs will list only the jobs contravened. Please find these highlighted in the below provided screenshot:



Contravention and Contravention Lodgement date will be available in the Summary and Detailed Excel Report. Lodgement Date will list only if it is added in the Contravention. Please find these highlighted in the below provided screenshot:


  1. While addressing the review point as Contravention, Auditors will now be provided with the below options:
    1. To add lodgement date
      1. Adding Lodgement Date will reflect the same date in all Contraventions of that particular job.
      2. A tool tip is provided near to the Lodgment date while adding it. That tool tip has the following message: Adding a different lodgement date will replace the lodgement date for all the existing contraventions in this job.
    1. To edit SIS reference
    2. Allow to upload report after marking as Contravention
      1. Attach option is available while readdressing.
    3. All the changes made will be captured in the history.

Financial Reports under Class

Cloudoffis has made the following additional reports available to auditors (using Class) in the portal under the financial reports section.

  2. Depreciation Worksheet
  3. Investment Income Comparison Report
  4. Investment Income Summary Report
  5. Notes to the Financial Statements
  6. Realised Capital Gains Report
