Release 4.11 includes 2 more API updates for BGL 360 observations and reports, it also includes our 1st additional module offer. Our new worksheet module offers additional functionality for spreadsheets as well as accepting additional formats.
BGL 360 New API Integrations
We have completed 2 new API integrations from BGl 360 for our observations and financial reports, this only leaves the Annual Return in PDF format that is required to be manually uploaded.
Investment Income Comparison
This BGL report is no longer required to be uploaded, we will now automatically capture the income and franking credits for listed holdings entered in BGL 360, this data will be compared with ASX estimates and flag all items that vary. We will also provide an electronic copy of this report under our Financial Reports section to compliment the already existing Investment Movement Report.
Members Statement
This new API will now automatically perform the benefits to members < 60 observation during the job creation, the Members Statement will also be available for viewing in electronic format under the Financial Reports section.
Please note:
- This API does not provide the previous year's balance and some salary and insurance information previously provided after manually uploading. BGL does not provide this information via API. Similar to what is provided for Class jobs for those that are familiar.
- Jobs created prior to this release where the report has been uploaded will not be affected
- Jobs created prior to this release that has not had the report manually uploaded will no longer have the ability to upload. Opening the Members Statement from the Financial Reports section will trigger the observation and report to populate. (Reimporting the job will also perform the same functions)
Spreadsheet Module (purchased separately)
This module will allow users to open, edit and save Excel files in the Cloudoffis without having to leave the portal.
This module is not included in the standard subscription and is available to be purchased separately.
