Release 4.2 has some significant enhancements as well as fixes, these enhancements are a culmination of feedback and innovation and will add further efficiencies.

Enhancements

BGL 360 Contribution Breakdown API

This additional API removes the requirement of manually uploading the Contribution Breakdown Report in Excel format. The Contribution Cap & Work Test observations will now automatically analyse and return flags (where appropriate) during the job creation process.
This leaves only 3 reports now required to perform all 11 observations;

External Query Enhancement (for dashboard management)

We have further enhanced the efficiency while managing External Queries from your main dashboard;
  1. Clicking the Query name will open the Query and allow actions and resolution.
  2. Clicking the fund name will open the audit job to the Queries and Review Points menu.

Deleting Documents

We have added the functionality to move and delete documents in bulk, there has also been a select all function added.
We have also removed the trash folder and all deletions are permanent, this removes the previous duplication requirement to add further efficiencies.

Fixes & Improvements

  1. Staff Suspension option logic improved, you will still not have the option to suspend staff if they have active jobs assigned but once they are no longer assigned active jobs the option becomes available. 
  2. Password errors will now be more informative.
  3. External Query reply notifications will now be sent to auditors when a user responds that is not the current Fund Administrator for the audit job.
